Appartamento molto pulito, ci sono tutte le attrezzature da cucina, bollitore, macchina del caffè con relative cialde, zucchero e the.
In bagno c’è il dispenser con un buonissimo bagno schiuma. Alla reception ci sono sempre operatori cordiali. Ana in particolare è molto solare e parla un po’ di italiano. Posizione buona, per raggiungere la spiaggia ci sono un po’ di gradini.

Absolutely lovely and clean ;  perfect location for beach and yumbo center;  we was top floor could see the sea from the balcony to the left. Air con if needed;  we didn't have room service because we didn't want it cleaned;;  perfect position for what we needed ;  staff we met were polite;  It was nice that you could smoke cigarettes on your balcony!
The pool was lovely and clean and you could see the house keeping team in the morning clean the pool area and loungers daily ;  very nice and looks newly redone  .
Bathroom and showers good.
Definitely would stay again .
This is a self catering apartment with pure basics and a kettle and / few saucepans  toaster and fridge and 2 rings if  needed;  but we chose this as we wanted to come as we go as we please and eat out .
Lovely comfortable and will hopefully be back .
The bed was massive and comfy.
The whole apartment was light and airy and tiled floor.
The beach is about 10 min walk to the left and the yumbo center about the same or less the other direction;  also the local super market is 5 mins walk Dino Rhino which is handy .
Would Definitely stay again.

3rd time here. Another brilliant stay. Definitely recommend. Apartment was lovely, clean, roomy, and the bed was huge & comfortable. It has everything you need. Great pool too. Sono già 5 anni che vado a maspalomas a ottobre. E il 2 anno che vado al fayna, consigliatissimo come posizione. A 200 mt dalla spiaggia, supermercati vicinissimi. Poi al fayna trovi accoglienza disponibilità gentilezza e super pulizia. Piscina bellissima e molto molto pulita. Grazie.

The room was very nice, spacious, ceiling fan helped a lot during hot weather (not really into AC, so this is good alternative).
My slight issue is water pressure. 5th floor, the water pressure was quite week. When they were working around the pool and using water there, sometimes I got no water at all. That one would need some improvement.

Suitable for a short break, but very hot rooms

☺Good location and excellent communication from the hotel via whatsapp both for check in and when there were some issues in the hotel with the facilities.  The bed was comfortable and all room facilities worked OK.

☹No air conditioning in the room meant that it was very hot.  We had assumed air conditioning, so a lesson learned.  There was a lot of work happening in the hotel during our stay, laying new floors but it wasn't too intrusive, only noisy.  We didnt manage to get the wifi to work.

Hola desde la entrada, hasta mí salida del hotel, el personal que trabaja allí es excepcional. La zonas comunes, como recepción, piscina, jardín con las camas, son  acogedores y dan la sensación de estar en casa, de lo bien que está todo. Correu tudo bem. Staff prestável, simpático e muito acolhedor. Especialmente porque viajei com o meu cão. Amei o jardim e a piscina!! ❤️

Deixam toalhas para a piscina. A limpeza do apartamento estava impecável. Éramos apenas dois mas faz falta um tacho de tamanho médio e uma frigideira um pouco maior.

Neste preciso momento o hotel está em renovação. Existiu corte de água pontual no horário menos movimentado e há barulho de obras.

Nada interferiu com a estada e pude deixar o animal em segurança enquanto ia à praia.

Uma recomendação: as taxas dos animais são muito caras ao dia. Deveriam ter, como noutros hotéis, um "Welcome petfriendly". Por exemplo um saquinho para as fezes e uma folha com as regras - onde podem estar e onde não podem estar.

Brilliant Apartments - Superb Staff
We had a fantastic time stating in Fanya. The apartment was nice and spacious and super clean. The bathroom was fantastic as was the bed. The air con in our room (it's not yet in all rooms) was much needed as the weather was unusually warm for GC when we were there. The biggest gold star goes to the staff though. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Always smiling and looking to assist customers whenever they can. The guy at the pool was attentive and always offered to sort out our parasols etc. We had a late check in and even the security guy was friendly and helpful. Ana and Patricia were absolutely superb. What assets these two people are to the hotel. AMAZING. Their communication before and during our stay was exceptional. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly chat. friendly staff, great location & rooms
I stayed in a premium room on an upper floor, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the balcony is large with a table and two chairs. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming, rooms are serviced every three days and new towels provided. The swimming pool is impressive with large roman steps leading into a good size pool to swim in, along with a smaller kids/relaxation pool, and gets the sun all day. Fayna provide very large sunbed/beach towels for the sunbeds so you don't need to bring your own. (nb some renovation work was taking place but it didn't bother me and i think they were almost finished when i was there at the end of May to first week of June 2026).

Great location, great value, great reception team
For me Fayna was exactly as advertised, although the welcome and friendliness of the hotel team was an added bonus. Especially Ana on reception, who was genuinely friendly, professional and always made conversations The location is great, between the beach and the Yumbo centre (10 minute walk), plus two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The apartment complex felt very secure and only hotel guests can enter the complex using their key card. There are restrictions on guests, which may be an issue for some, but this is clearly stated in the booking terms. On arrival I was greeted by Ana and although I was early and a last minute repair was needed to my allocated apartment, the hotel was happy for me to store my luggage and use the safe in my room so l could head straight out to meet friends. The apartment is huge, modern compared to some in the resort and appears to have had recent renovations. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and had a great nights sleep every night. Also a large balcony, with table and chairs, which gets the sun most of day if you choose a higher floor room. Kitchen equipped for what you need, although could be even better if had a combination microwave, rather than a standard microwave. The pool and pool area is very clean, gets the sun for most of the day and there are plenty of sun beds and also nice double cabana beds for relaxing on. Beach/pool towels are provided for your stay. Pool area also quiet and only a handful of people using it whilst I was there. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Finally, be aware of the no guest policy. it wasn’t really a problem for me as I worked around it and went to friend's property to socialise. All in all a great stay.

Perfect Staff & Location.
Really great staff and location. The pool was super amazing and the room was perfect. The maids did a great job. I had a top floor room and I really loved the view. Fab two bedroom apartment
This was our 2nd stay here. This time we had a 2 bedroom apartment, the beds were so comfortable, (FYI both bedrooms were double beds) the whole place was very spacious and there were all the kitchen bits you’d need. We had the normal warm greeting from the lady on the front desk who was glad we’d arrived safely, as our flight didn’t land until 9pm we’d arrived later than many. 24 hour reception service here though! The cleaners do a great job the days they will come ar on a card when you enter the room. You get dark towels to take to the beach or pool. We had an 3rd floor room (338) and even at mid hotel height, the sunset views were great and due to the end of building location, we had massive balcony at the front (as you get with all but the economy rooms) but also a windowed-in rear balcony, so sun rises as well, from the comfort of the bed!!!!! We think that the 2 beds are all the ones on the far left as you look at the building from the road as they go front to back, but our youngest cleverly pointed out any with 4 chairs will be the 2 bed places, so from what I saw all the ones at that one end. There outside loos and a basic shower to use if you have a late check out. This a very quiet street, and in a great location for shopping and the beach. Although there is building works in the hotel behind, at the time we went (set to finish in early 2026), we've booked to go back next month so it was no bother to us!

Apartments Fayna are located on the Avenue of United States, number 32 is wonderful I would like to thank you for welcoming me in such a special way. It was certainly one of the best stays I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I prefer to give complete feedback privately and then make a public review with only the positive points because I also work in the hospitality industry (security) and understand how it works. Firstly, I would like to thank you for the way I was welcomed because you were always incredible. Your strengths are your friendliness, attention, dedication, and the speed with which you resolve all situations that customers need. Your team is very motivated to ensure customer satisfaction. I felt very comfortable during my stay and greatly appreciated the gesture of the receptionist who checked me in, leaving the reception area to explain both access doors to the hotel. It is employees like this who make the difference between good service and excellent service. The apartment was on the top floor (5th floor), it was always clean and spacious. The balcony was huge and private. The sofa in the living room could be opened up to watch TV more comfortably. The kitchenette is very well equipped and has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is large with a shower, making it easily accessible for people with reduced or limites mobility. Which is great because you encounter no difficulties. The apartment was cleaned during our stay, with towels and bed linen changed. In addition, there are cleaning supplies in the apartment, in case guests need anything at any time. Furthermore, general cleaning was carried out twice during our stay, with towels and bed linen replaced. In addition, there are cleaning products in the apartment in case guests need anything at any time. I felt at home because they take security and access to the hotel seriously and restrict it. Throughout our stay, I felt safe and welcome. During check-out, we were able to leave our bags at the reception while we waited for the airport transfer to arrive. Both gentlemen at the reception were friendly and attentive. Fantastic team. Thank you very much for your attention and kindness, I loved the experience. Bom aparthotel dentro da categoria, surpreendeu pela positiva, apesar de um senão, não ter ar condicionado, mas, colmatado pela simpatia da rececionista Ana, que me solucionou, com o empréstimo de uma ventoinha. Há apartamentos com ar condicionado, mas são os "premium", e, não havia essa opção na altura da reserva. Piscina top, com boa exposição solar durante a tarde, e, com muita oferta de espreguiçadeiras/cadeiras de baloiço/balinesas. Fica a 1 passo da praia, onde tem uma variedade razoável de restaurantes/bares, supermercado/táxi/autocarro, na periferia. Aconselho vivamente.
