Group Booking Policy

Definition

Any reservation of:

8 or more apartments
linked to:

  • Same holder
  • Same group
  • Same organization
  • Same event

Confirmation and deposit

To confirm a Group Reservation it will be necessary to pay:

30% of the total amount of the reservation.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Remaining payment

The:

70% remaining

Must be paid at most:

21 days before the arrival date

Cancellation

Up to 21 days before arrival, the outstanding amount corresponding to 70% can be canceled without additional penalty.
The initial deposit of 30% is non-refundable.
Within the 21 days prior to arrival, the following will be charged:
100% of the total amount of the reservation.

No-show

In case of no-show, the following will be charged:
100% of the total amount.

Commercial conditions

Group Reservations may benefit from specific conditions or discounts according to:
• Season
• Availability
• Number of apartments
• Length of stay
• Characteristics of the request
The specific conditions will be communicated before confirmation.

Reservation management

Las Reservas de Grupo serán cotizadas, gestionadas y confirmadas por el equipo autorizado de Fayna Apartments.
Las solicitudes deberán realizarse mediante los canales oficiales de contacto.

Additional conditions

Fayna Apartments will be able to establish additional specific conditions for a Group Reservation when necessary by:
• Volume
• Characteristics of the group
• Dates
• Event
• Operational needs
These conditions will be communicated before confirmation
