Do all the apartments have balconies?
Yes, all apartments have large balconies or a terrace with pool access if they are ground level.
Do the apartments have cots available?
Yes, foldable cots are available free of charge.
Do the apartments have a stove and microwave?
Yes, all the apartments are equipped with a full kitchen.
Do the apartments have kitchen utensils?
Yes, all the apartments are equipped with kitchen utensils and more.
Do the apartments have a fridge?
Yes, each apartment has a full-size fridge.
Where I can keep my medicine?
Medications can be stored in your own apartment refrigerator.
Do the apartments have hair dryers?
Yes, every apartment has one in the bathroom.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, we Free Self-Service or Laundromat. You can ask for the key to our Laundry Room at the front desk, available 24/7, where you can find a washing machine, a dryer and iron with its iron board.
Is there a place where I can hang-dry my clothes and towels?
Yes, every apartment has a small private room designed to hang your clothes so they can get dry.
Does Fayna provide irons?
Yes, but irons can be used only in our Laundry Room for safety reasons.
How often is housekeeping and the beds changed?
The cleaning and towel change service happens twice a week and varies on the days depending on the floor your apartment is on:
-Floors 1 and 2: Monday and Thursday
-Floors 3 and 4: Tuesday and Friday
-Floor 5: Wednesday and Saturday
So, 2 times a week and the change of towels is done these two days.
Sheets are changed once a week from the seventh day of stay.
Do you have interconnected apartments?
None of our apartments are interconnected.
Can I plug my Chromecast, dongle or prick into the TV?
Yes, you can connect your device to the TV via USB, however the free Wi-Fi may not be strong enough to stream movies/shows.
Is the complex disabled friendly?
-All apartments are wheelchair accessible by lift.
-Only the Pool Access apartments are at ground level but they do not have a ramp to access the communal grounds and some steps are in the way to the pool.
-The reception lobby and its bathrooms are somehow accessible for the disabled, however we are not considered a disabled friendly complex.
Is the complex Pet friendly?

-We offer pet-friendly apartments designed to accommodate your furry family members, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Please note that our pet-friendly accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions, and we kindly request prior confirmation from our team to ensure we can meet your needs.
-Pet Policy at a Glance: Additional Fee: A charge of €15 per pet, per day applies.
-In-Room Comfort: Maximum one dog or cat per apartment, with a weight limit of 8 kg. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must remain in your apartment, except when entering or exiting the building for walks. Pets are not permitted to roam freely in common areas.
-Required Documentation: Microchip identification is mandatory (for pets from Spain). An up-to-date vaccination record, including the rabies vaccine, is required.
-For pets travelling from outside the EU, a EU Pet Passport or a Zoosanitary Certificate, accompanied by a declaration, is necessary.
-Respectful Conduct: We kindly ask that you ensure your pet does not cause noise disturbances to other guests.
-Please maintain strict hygiene: pets are not permitted to relieve themselves within the apartment or in common areas. During Walks: Always carry waste bags to clean up after your pet. A urine spray is required by law here in the Canary Islands to neutralize odors and disinfect.
-Compliance: Please be aware that failure to adhere to these regulations may result in the hotel denying service or imposing penalties.

At what time is the check-in and check-out?
The check-in time at the Fayna is from 15:00 onwards if you arrive before this time, you are able to leave your luggage at reception and start enjoying the facilities.
The check-out must be at 11am so we can prepare the apartments for our next guests and deliver the best service possible.
At the time of your check out you, can also leave your luggage with us and enjoy the rest of the day until the pool closes.
Can you book late check-out?
To guarantee a late check-out. Guest must request the availability in the morning of the check out date.
When available, these are the rates that apply per type of apartment:

Does the hotel offer Free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have Free Wi-Fi in the apartments and common areas.

Can I sterilise/heat my bottles?
Yes, you can use the microwave or boil a pot of water in every apartment.
How can I get to LPA Airport?
There are shuttle buses that can be booked online and they depart close to Fayna´s area, an airport taxi or transfer can as well be booked and the stop is right at the front of the Hotel. Local transportation routes (66 y 90) are 8 minutes walking from Fayna.
How long would it take to drive from LPA Airport to Fayna?
About 22 minutes without traffic.
Where can you smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in the communal areas; it is only allowed on the outside terraces and balconies. At the reception area you may find a smoking designated area as well and anywhere outside Fayna Hotel.

Can you use a Vaping device inside?
Vaping is considered smoking and prohibited in the internal areas, it is only allowed on the outside terraces and balconies. At the reception area you may find a smoking designated area as well and anywhere outside Fayna Hotel.

Do you have Lifeguards on duty?
Yes, we have a Lifeguard around the pool from 10:00-18:00 hrs.
We strongly suggest to keep children supervised at all times for safety reasons
Do you allow inflatables in the pool?
Fayna can get very busy at times, therefore big inflatables are not allowed in the pool. Only small rings and swimming aids, aimed to keeping children safe are allowed.
Do you offer pool/beach towels?
Absolutely, just ask the reception team.
Can food or drinks be consumed in the pool area?
Food can be consumed around the pool.
We kindly ask you to mind the cleanliness and the environment and following the safety advice avoiding all breakable utensils, sharp objects and glass bottles as these are prohibited around the pool area.
All drinks in plastic bottles or cups are permitted.
Does Fayna have a heated pool?
The complex does not have a heated pool.
How far is Fayna from the nearest beach?
The closest beach is within an 8-minute walk of the Hotel.
Are the apartments air-conditioned throughout the year?
At the moment Fayna apartments don´t count on heating or air conditioning.
What is your policy about visitors and parties?
Visitor and Event Policy:
No visitors are permitted if they exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment. Parties are strictly prohibited, and the use of loudspeakers is not allowed.
What is Fayna´s policy on Stag and Hen parties?
It is strictly prohibited the use of its facilities for bachelor or bachelorette parties. Our complex is aimed to offer a quiet and relaxing environment and unprogrammed events will be turned down by the general management.
Where is the nearest Cash-Point, ATM?
We have an ATM just 50 meters away (at the entrance of the Hotel Don Gregorio, right next to Fayna), Banco Santander is 150 meters away.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
A SuperDino can be found within a 5-minute walk of Fayna and many more grocery shops are around the area.
Can I buy holiday activities from Fayna?
Our reception department can advise you and tell you where to buy the activities or get you in direct contact with the pertinent person.
