Cancellation and Modification Policy

General conditions

The cancellation and modification conditions depend on the contracted rate.

The specific conditions shown during the reservation process and included in the confirmation will prevail over the general information.

Flexible Rate

Reservations made with Flexible Rate may be canceled or modified free of charge depending on the timing and decision of the company.

High season: 7 days before the arrival date.

Low season: 2 days before the arrival date.

Once this term is exceeded:

  • 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
  • there will be no right to free cancellation;
  • any modification will be subject to availability and acceptance by the establishment.

Events and special periods

Reservations made with Flexible Rate during events or special periods may be canceled or modified free of charge until:

14 days before the arrival date.

These periods may include:

  • New Year’s Eve;
  • Winter Pride;
  • Maspalomas Pride;
  • Carnival;
  • other events or periods of high demand expressly identified during the reservation.

Once the applicable deadline is exceeded, 100% of the total amount will be charged. Remember to review the policy at the time of booking.

No-show

In case of no-show, the following will be charged:
100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Non-refundable rate

Reservations made with a Non-Refundable Rate require:
the payment of 100% of the total amount at the time of reservation.
This rate does not include:
• cancellations;
• modifications;
• date changes;
• refunds;
unless required by applicable legislation.
Refunds will not be made in the event of:
• voluntary cancellation;
• non-presentation;
• early departure.

6. Noise and Coexistence Policy

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests, excessive noise is strictly prohibited.Quiet hours are established between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this period, guests must refrain from:

  • Speaking loudlyPlaying music or television at high volumeHosting parties or gatherings

 

Any behavior that may disturb other guests Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the Property without refund.

Early departure

Voluntary early departure will not entitle you to a refund of unused nights, unless the specific conditions of the reservation or the applicable legislation state otherwise.
