Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per 4 giorni, in mini appartamento, con salone, angolo cottura camera da letto, bagno e terrazzino vista piscina. Nell’ insieme buono, letto comodo, bagno con tutto il necessario, ma pulizia di finestre e porte da migliorare, zona piscina molto bella e curata. Ottimo il sevizio lavanderia gratis, con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Verified Muy buena relación calidad-precio ☺Habitaciones muy amplias y camas muy grandes y cómodas. Todo moderno. También la zona de la piscina. ☹El acceso a recepción y a las habitaciones. Faltaba material de limpieza para mantener (fregona por ejemplo)

Verified Tranquilidad. ☺- Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad de los apartamento y no escuchar ruido ni escándalo tanto en la piscina como de los demás huéspedes. - El trato de los recepcionistas muy bueno. ☹- En los pasillos había todos los días un olor extraño, quizás de comida pero para nuestro gusto era algo desagradable. - Tampoco nos gustó que las puertas no tuvieran un pestillo por dentro para poder cerrarla por la noche y estar algo más seguras y cómodas. - Y por último, aunque no le dimos tanta importancia, nos hubiera gustado que la limpieza de las habitaciones o por lo menos los cambios de toallas hubieran sido con más frecuencia, ya que estuvimos 4 días y usamos las mismas toallas (sobretodo la del suelo de la ducha que acababa empapada y sucia debido a que el agua se sale).

Siamo stati in questo aparthotel per 4 giorni, si trova in posizione ottimale a circa 500 MT dalla spiaggia degli inglesi e a circa 500 MT dal centro commerciale Yumbo. La fermata dei bus più vicina è quella di AV. De Bonn, a circa 150 metri ci sta un minimarket (Dino). L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e si trovava accanto alla piscina, l'unico handicap è che non c'era il condizionatore ma un ventilatore a soffitto.

Especialmente queremos destacar a Patricia, de recepción, que nos ayudó con un pequeño problema que tuvimos por nuestra parte y nos ayudó a solucionarlo rápidamente, estando muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Se agradece muchísimo encontrar personas así. La habitación estaba bien y, sin duda, la piscina fue uno de los puntos fuertes. Perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar un rato. La zona del complejo también nos encantó, ya que está muy cerca de muchos sitios de ocio, restaurantes y zonas para salir. La ubicación es realmente muy buena y resulta muy cómodo tener todo tan cerca. Hemos quedado muy contentos. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Un poco escaso en menaje, su gran valor lo dan l@s empleados, siempre amables y con la sonrisa en la cara. El detalle de las toallas para la piscina un 10. Un consejo, abran una cafetería para desayunos y pequeñas comidas, el mantenimiento de zonas comunes y la iluminación son escasos. Nos volveremos a ver.

Verified friendly staff, great location & rooms I stayed in a premium room on an upper floor, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the balcony is large with a table and two chairs. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming, rooms are serviced every three days and new towels provided. The swimming pool is impressive with large roman steps leading into a good size pool to swim in, along with a smaller kids/relaxation pool, and gets the sun all day. Fayna provide very large sunbed/beach towels for the sunbeds so you don't need to bring your own. (nb some renovation work was taking place but it didn't bother me and i think they were almost finished when i was there at the end of May to first week of June 2026).

Verified Great location, great value, great reception team For me Fayna was exactly as advertised, although the welcome and friendliness of the hotel team was an added bonus. Especially Ana on reception, who was genuinely friendly, professional and always made conversations The location is great, between the beach and the Yumbo centre (10 minute walk), plus two large supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. The apartment complex felt very secure and only hotel guests can enter the complex using their key card. There are restrictions on guests, which may be an issue for some, but this is clearly stated in the booking terms. On arrival I was greeted by Ana and although I was early and a last minute repair was needed to my allocated apartment, the hotel was happy for me to store my luggage and use the safe in my room so l could head straight out to meet friends. The apartment is huge, modern compared to some in the resort and appears to have had recent renovations. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and had a great nights sleep every night. Also a large balcony, with table and chairs, which gets the sun most of day if you choose a higher floor room. Kitchen equipped for what you need, although could be even better if had a combination microwave, rather than a standard microwave. The pool and pool area is very clean, gets the sun for most of the day and there are plenty of sun beds and also nice double cabana beds for relaxing on. Beach/pool towels are provided for your stay. Pool area also quiet and only a handful of people using it whilst I was there. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Finally, be aware of the no guest policy. it wasn’t really a problem for me as I worked around it and went to friend's property to socialise. All in all a great stay.

Verified Perfect Staff & Location. Really great staff and location. The pool was super amazing and the room was perfect. The maids did a great job. I had a top floor room and I really loved the view. It caught the sun in the morning and afternoon. The staff went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I highly recommend staying there and will be back next year.

Verified Fab two bedroom apartment This was our 2nd stay here. This time we had a 2 bedroom apartment, the beds were so comfortable, (FYI both bedrooms were double beds) the whole place was very spacious and there were all the kitchen bits you’d need. We had the normal warm greeting from the lady on the front desk who was glad we’d arrived safely, as our flight didn’t land until 9pm we’d arrived later than many. 24 hour reception service here though! The cleaners do a great job the days they will come ar on a card when you enter the room. You get dark towels to take to the beach or pool. We had an 3rd floor room (338) and even at mid hotel height, the sunset views were great and due to the end of building location, we had massive balcony at the front (as you get with all but the economy rooms) but also a windowed-in rear balcony, so sun rises as well, from the comfort of the bed!!!!! We think that the 2 beds are all the ones on the far left as you look at the building from the road as they go front to back, but our youngest cleverly pointed out any with 4 chairs will be the 2 bed places, so from what I saw all the ones at that one end. There outside loos and a basic shower to use if you have a late check out. This a very quiet street, and in a great location for shopping and the beach. Although there is building works in the hotel behind, at the time we went (set to finish in early 2026), we've booked to go back next month so it was no bother to us!

Verified Absolutely Amazing! Apartments Fayna are located on the Avenue of United States, number 32 is wonderful I would like to thank you for welcoming me in such a special way. It was certainly one of the best stays I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I prefer to give complete feedback privately and then make a public review with only the positive points because I also work in the hospitality industry (security) and understand how it works. Firstly, I would like to thank you for the way I was welcomed because you were always incredible. Your strengths are your friendliness, attention, dedication, and the speed with which you resolve all situations that customers need. Your team is very motivated to ensure customer satisfaction. I felt very comfortable during my stay and greatly appreciated the gesture of the receptionist who checked me in, leaving the reception area to explain both access doors to the hotel. It is employees like this who make the difference between good service and excellent service. The apartment was on the top floor (5th floor), it was always clean and spacious. The balcony was huge and private. The sofa in the living room could be opened up to watch TV more comfortably. The kitchenette is very well equipped and has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is large with a shower, making it easily accessible for people with reduced or limites mobility. Which is great because you encounter no difficulties. The apartment was cleaned during our stay, with towels and bed linen changed. In addition, there are cleaning supplies in the apartment, in case guests need anything at any time. Furthermore, general cleaning was carried out twice during our stay, with towels and bed linen replaced. In addition, there are cleaning products in the apartment in case guests need anything at any time. I felt at home because they take security and access to the hotel seriously and restrict it. Throughout our stay, I felt safe and welcome. During check-out, we were able to leave our bags at the reception while we waited for the airport transfer to arrive. Both gentlemen at the reception were friendly and attentive. Fantastic team. Thank you very much for your attention and kindness, I loved the experience. In conclusion, I wish you success, I recommend you and will certainly consider you for my next vacation.

Verified Surpreendeu Bom aparthotel dentro da categoria, surpreendeu pela positiva, apesar de um senão, não ter ar condicionado, mas, colmatado pela simpatia da rececionista Ana, que me solucionou, com o empréstimo de uma ventoinha. Há apartamentos com ar condicionado, mas são os "premium", e, não havia essa opção na altura da reserva. Piscina top, com boa exposição solar durante a tarde, e, com muita oferta de espreguiçadeiras/cadeiras de baloiço/balinesas. Fica a 1 passo da praia, onde tem uma variedade razoável de restaurantes/bares, supermercado/táxi/autocarro, na periferia. Aconselho vivamente.

Verified Outstanding I would just like to start by saying I had the best time at this hotel the Reception were outstanding especially the lady she was so courteous. The room was immaculate the bed was massive I really can’t say anything negative don’t listen to the bad reviews JUST BOOK IT
